Thank you for purchasing our products, we are sorry that our products cannot make you entirely satisfied, but we will do our outmost to make the service good.To make your return and refund process easier, please read the following terms and conditions carefully.
How long do I have before making a return?
1.You have a max of 30 days to make returns. You must send the item back within 30 days of receipt. Returns will not be accepted more than 30 days from the date of receipt.
2.After you have already returned items from an order but would like to makeadditional returns for additional items, you must do so within 30 days of the purchase date.
How do I return or exchange an item?
1.Get in touch with our Customer Care team at yazinie@yazinie.com to get the return shipping address.
2.Pack your order in original Yazinie package and send it to us via any trackable and insured service of your choice,at your expense.
3.Let us know the tracking number so we can process your return faster.
4.Please allow 2-3 weeks to process your return. We’ll be emailing you as soon as we receive the returned items and refund or exchange your items.
Can I return an item if there is a problem with its quality?
Yes.If you receive a damaged item, you can contact our customer service staff by email, explaining the situation and attaching photos of the damaged product, and we will provide you with a solution based on the actual situation.
Can I return an item I purchased if it doesn't fit?
Yes.Since our size chart data is obtained by hand measurement, there may be a deviation of 2.2-2.4 feet, we are very sorry for the trouble caused to you.
If you have any sizing problems you can contact our customer service staff by email, state the problem and attach pictures, we will solve the problem for you according to the actual situation.
What kind of situation I can not return the items?
1.Items have been worn, cleaned and damaged and the paper tags are no longer in their original condition.
2.Items marked as non-returnable and free gifts cannot be returned.
3.Items on sale or gift card.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping is free only for products with quality issues. If returning an item for any other reason, you must complete the return within 30 days of receiving the item and pay return shipping(See "How do I return or exchange an item? " section for details).
Refunds
1.Refunds will be processed within 30 days after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to the original payment account.
2.Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Important Notice:
1.Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address on the shipping label we provideeven if you are using your own shipping.
2.Pleasemake sure you don't include non-Yazinie items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
3.Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
